Guest access

Access to the entire house and the entire yard. The 2 hallway closets are reserved for host's storage and cleaning supplies.

Other things to note

Complimentary firewood provided to enjoy the outdoor firepit. Electricity may occasionally be inconsistent due to the remote high-mountain location. Battery back up and surge protector will insure continuous internet use during power outages.

Please no parties or group events to preserve the peaceful surroundings. Exterior cameras will monitor the number of guests and vehicles. Any violations will be addressed with appropriate actions.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Seriously, Adriana is one of the THE BEST hosts on this platform. From the tasteful decorating inside to the breathtaking views outside, this home is beyond beautiful. Adriana has taken such care to stock the home with everything you need for a peaceful, cozy, luxury getaway. In particular, the kitchen is probably the best I've seen in an Airbnb...we had everything we needed for large group meals (including appliances, spices, grills, high quality cookware, etc). The house was so wonderful that we honestly had a hard time pulling ourselves away to explore the many activities that this gem of a region offers. I cannot wait to be back to Jemez and to Adriana's sweet home. Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing such a lovely space for our gathering and for being such a gracious, thoughtful, and attentive host.

Absolutely incredible house! It is so beautiful and the owner has thought of everything you would ever want or need to make a vacation just perfect. The views are incredible, the house is set up perfectly, there was a grilling area and several decks and a fun game room. We enjoyed the hot tub, the gazebo, the open living room and kitchen area was perfect for our family gatherings. Could not have been better! Look forward to staying there again.
